Ignition prioritizes this human-centric approach to help clients solve their toughest business challenges. From leadership transitions to exploring emerging tech and trends, we offer solutions across all functions - Audit, Tax, and Advisory. Our multidisciplinary model embraces collaboration and synergy to drive true innovation.
We help clients solve their toughest business challenges
We use design and storytelling techniques to help clients see challenges through a human lens of innovation. Trust is crucial and greatly influences clients' decisions. We establish this trust through our industry knowledge and experience to help them shape the future.
design methods
and storytelling techniques
Ignition champions the human element in innovation, prioritizing co-innovation and cutting-edge techniques with clients and partners. Our human-centric approach, commitment to diversity, and unique strategies differentiate us from our competitors. We develop strategic intelligence that looks macro at shifting market trends and micro in on a client's specific challenge or opportunity area, bringing together experts from across functions and service lines into our experiences.
Embracing diversity isn’t merely
a business practice
Following our design thinking methodology, the Ignition team guides the client through a decision process starting with outside in. We begin with discussing macro market shifts that could impact the client’s sector and their business, in order to provide context for solving their specific business challenge.
The Context For Change is an engaging perspective making sense of the way the world is changing. The perspective explores six key themes driving disruption across industries and functions and contextualizes them against the emerging risks and opportunities for organizations. Through provocative, pragmatic, and personal depictions of the future, the perspective shapes a conversation on how organizations might navigate business and operating model shifts to rapidly adapt to change, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and secure their competitive advantage.
Context for Change
At the end of each Ignition session, we ‘walk the wall’ as a summary of our journey together through the session. It is a mechanism to look back in order to look forward to their designed path ahead. We often employ our visual capture capability whereby we have an Ignition team member live-capturing the experience and synthesis of the session with an illustrated visual that can also be a gift to the client at the end. Additionally, we provide a QR code for the client to scan before leaving that takes them to a microsite that contains the materials and capture of our session.
